Creating menus in Italy for our weekly dinners has been an exciting experience for me. I am trying to branch out and dig deep into the Italian ingredients. So far so good! I am keeping a record of our dinners here and I am trying to be creative. We are on a student budget so recipes need to be simple (lots of ingredients means $$$-not good). My challenge is to learn about the food seasons of Italy and what is the favorite crop of each season.
